Cluster - Meta Data Deletion Policy
When you connect your Meta ad account to Cluster, we access advertising performance data (campaign spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion metrics) through the Meta Marketing API. We do not collect or store personal user data, profile information, or any data about individual Facebook or Instagram users.
What data we store
When you authorize Cluster to access your Meta ad account, we store the following:
Your Meta ad account ID and associated access token (encrypted)
Aggregated campaign performance metrics (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, ROAS)
Ad creative metadata, including destination URLs and UTM parameters
No personal data about end users, customers, or ad viewers is collected or stored
How to request data deletion
If you would like Cluster to delete all Meta-related data associated with your account, you can submit a request through any of the following methods:
Email: Send a request to enrique@hello-cluster.com with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Cluster account.
What happens when you request deletion
Upon receiving your request, we will:
Revoke and delete your stored Meta access token
Delete all synced campaign performance data, ad metadata, and insights associated with your Meta ad account
Remove any mapping between your Meta campaigns and Cluster experiments
All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Disconnecting your account
You can also revoke Cluster's access to your Meta ad account at any time through your Meta Business Settings under Business Integrations. This will prevent any further data syncing. To also delete previously synced data from Cluster's systems, please submit a deletion request using one of the methods above.
